The QCSO would not exist without donors, subscribers, and concertgoers like you, and we truly value the commitment you make when you purchase a ticket to one of our events, especially during this challenging time.  We would like to confirm our commitment that we are here for you, and we promise to be a trusted partner as we navigate the 2020-21 season together.

We have been closely monitoring and reviewing the guidance from government authorities at the federal, state, and local levels and continue to work directly with our presenting partners. We acknowledge that our concert schedules and venues may need to change, and we understand that you could experience unexpected changes as the situation evolves. With so many unknowns still ahead, we are adjusting our ticket policies for the upcoming season.

  • The Quad City Symphony Orchestra is committed to the health and safety of everyone who attends our performances, our musicians, staff and volunteers, and our entire community.
  • We will accommodate any patron who feels they are not able to safely attend when concerts resume with flexible ticket options including ticket exchanges, account credits, or ticket donations.
  • If an event needs to be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with detailed information and flexible ticket options, including ticket exchanges, ticket donations, or refunds for canceled performances.

Thank you for being valued members of our resilient and inspired QCSO community.  Your support at this time is critically important now as never before. Know that we will continue to fulfill our mission to inspire, entertain, and engage the Quad Cities community through superb symphonic music, music education, and cultural leadership.

We look forward to gathering together again to celebrate the beauty and power of music right here in the Quad Cities.

We welcome your feedback or questions.  Please contact us at info@qcso.org or 563.322.7276.
