Box Office & Ticket Info
Beginning Tuesday June 16, 2020, the QCSO box office will reopen to the public, and will be open weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm. To ensure the safety of customers and staff, the following health and safety requirements are in effect:
- All customers are required to wear a mask.
- All customer-facing staff are required to wear a mask when helping customers.
- Only one customer and one staff person are allowed at the front desk at a time.
- Any additional customers must wait in the lobby or outside. Masks should be worn while waiting in both the lobby and outside.
- After each interaction with a customer the front desk surfaces will be cleaned.
To protect the most vulnerable in our community and continue to encourage social distancing in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the QCSO will continue to waive the $4.00 per order shipping fee if you choose to have your tickets mailed to you.

Group Ticket Sales
Most Quad City Symphony Orchestra performances offer discount group ticket sales options. Whether you’re planning a client outing, employee event, group tour or for any occasion, we’re here to help!
Note: Group tickets must be purchased a minimum of one week in advance.
(The $2 per ticket processing fee is waived on group sales.)

Ticket Terms & Conditions
All ticket sales are final. Your ticket is valid only for the event and seat printed on ticket. Tickets are a revocable license to attend the event listed on the ticket. Such license may be revoked without refund for noncompliance with stated terms of event.* Unlawful sale or attempted sale is prohibited. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so are void. Tickets may not be resold for an amount in excess of the face value of the ticket without written consent of issuer. Complimentary tickets are not exchangeable or redeemable for any benefit offered to tickets with a dollar value. TIME, PROGRAM, AND DATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion, or other trade purposes without written consent of issuer. Applicable taxes included and fees may be added. Holder assumes all risks occurring before, during, or after event, including injury by any cause, and releases management, facility, artists, their representatives and personnel, and the Quad City Symphony Orchestra and their representatives from any related claims. Photography and video may occur at event and ticket purchasers consent to have their likeness used for marketing and promotional purposes.
*Event terms vary by event (see program) but please be considerate of others, no smoking is allowed, no heavy colognes or perfumes, no photography, video or audio recordings are allowed, no firearms. Always keep emergency walkways clear. Irresponsible drinking is not tolerated. Outdoor events do not allow staking, grills, open flames, view obstruction during the performance, or animals (other than documented service animals).
