Inside the Music

Go beyond the program notes and discover more about the music you’ll hear onstage. Join QCSO Music Director Mark Russell Smith on the Thursday evening before each Masterworks concert for an engaging exploration of the composers, stories, and musical moments that bring each program to life.

Whether you’re a longtime classical music lover or simply curious to learn more, Inside the Music offers a relaxed and welcoming way to deepen your connection to the concert experience.

Doors open at 5:00 p.m. and the session begins approximately 20 minutes later. Cash bar provided.
