QCSO Unlimited and traditional subscriptions both offer exceptional ways to experience live music, but they are designed for different concert-going styles.
Choose the freedom to decide as you go, or plan your season in advance with the seats and subscriber benefits you value most.
Choose Unlimited for flexibility
Pay monthly, order tickets to performances as you go, and attend as often as you’d like! Seating is subject to availability and may vary from concert to concert, but your schedule remains entirely your own.
Best for: Exploring more concerts, making spontaneous plans, and enjoying insider perks.
Choose a subscription for certainty
Plan your season in advance, secure your preferred seats and enjoy valuable subscriber benefits, including savings of up to 25%, waived ticket fees, priority access and more.
Best for: Securing favorite seats, planning ahead and enjoying the complete subscriber experience.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does "Unlimited" mean?
More music, more often! With QCSO Unlimited, you can enjoy as many QCSO performances as you’d like while your membership is active. Simply pick your seats and enjoy the music! Seating is subject to availability.
Which concerts are included?
Your QCSO Unlimited membership gives you access to all Masterworks, Pops, Up Close, and QCSO at the Movies concerts.
Are tickets really included in the monthly fee?
Yes! Your monthly membership covers admission in Zones 1-4 to all performances, with no additional ticket price for qualifying seats.
How many tickets can I order?
That depends on your membership!
- Solo: One ticket per eligible performance.
- Duo: Up to two tickets per eligible performance.
- Ensemble: Tickets for two adults and their accompanying children ages 18 and younger.
Just keep in mind that membership tickets are for those covered by your membership and cannot be transferred or resold.
Do I need to order tickets in advance?
Tickets will need to be ordered for each performance you’d like to attend. We recommend ordering early for the best selection of available seats. You can also visit the venue Box Office beginning 90 minutes before a performance to reserve your free tickets.
Am I guaranteed a seat?
Tickets and seating are subject to availability. Your membership doesn’t guarantee admission to a particular concert or seating section, so ordering early is always a good idea.
Will I have the same seats at every performance?
QCSO Unlimited is all about flexibility, so you can choose from available seats each time you order tickets.
If having the same seats throughout the season is important to you, one of our traditional QCSO Subscriptions might be a better fit.
When can I start ordering tickets?
Your membership will become active immediately after the initial payment. We’ll send you an email with everything you need to know to start ordering your seats.

How does monthly billing work?
Your first payment is charged when you join, and future monthly payments are automatically charged to your card on file every 30 days.

What if I need to cancel my membership?
We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we understand that things change! To cancel your membership, simply contact the QCSO Box Office at (563) 322-7276 or boxoffice@qcso.org.
While you may cancel at any time, a $50 early cancellation fee applies if you cancel within the first six months.”
What if I order tickets but can't attend?
No problem! We just ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can make those seats available to someone else.

How does the rehearsal access work?
Ever wonder what happens before the musicians take the stage? Your membership gives you the opportunity to experience select QCSO rehearsals! Details about upcoming rehearsal opportunities and how to attend will be emailed to all members a week before the rehearsal date. Access is available on designated dates and may be limited by capacity.
How do I get my drink tickets and Symphony Shoppe discount?
You are eligible for 4 drink tickets per person covered in your membership per year. These may be redeemed at any performance with concessions and/or bar service. Drink tickets are available at the venue Box Office before eligible performances.
Your Symphony Shoppe discount can be redeemed by showing your Digital Membership Card when making your purchase.
