Returning 2021-22 Full Subscribers are guaranteed the option of keeping their same seats from the 2021-22 season through May 17, 2022. Pick-3 (Trio) Subscribers seats are not saved from the previous year, so please order early to get the best seats available.
Some common issues with renewing:
- Don’t know your zone? See the seating chart inside the portal.
- Remember to select “Adult” or “Student” before adding to the cart.
- If you wish to add Pops concerts, Up Close, or other events to your subscription, click on “Add Another Event” below the order form on the bottom left.
If you are a Renewing Full Subscriber, please log in to your Patron Portal to begin the renewal process. Pick-3 (Trios) DO NOT need to use Patron Portal to renew.
Please click “Log-in” in the top Right-Hand corner once you reach the ticketing page by clicking the link above. Then “Your Name” followed by “My Profile” from the drop-down menu.
All renewing subscribers have a Patron Portal login, your username is the email address you used to order your subscription. If you do not remember your password, it can be reset inside the portal below the login fields. If you do not receive a email after resetting your password, your Patron User Account may not be enabled for that email, and you will need to complete the mailing list form.
