Our beloved symphony has prepared a lavish spread of delicacies, spirited libations, an auction of coveted treasures, and music befitting the grandest of ballrooms. Whether delight or scandal awaits remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: the Queen’s Soirée is the fundraiser of the season and those who fail to attend may find themselves quite out of step with the ton.
