City of Davenport Public Parking Ramp Locations Near Adler Theatre and LeClaire Park
- RiverCenter Ramp. Second and Third Streets, east of Brady St. Enter - Brady St., 2nd St., or 3rd St.
- Redstone Building Ramp. Enter - Brady St. or Main St. between River Drive and 2nd St.
- Harrison Ramp. Northwest corner of 2nd St. and Harrison St. Enter - 2nd St. and Harrison St.
Note: The City of Davenport will be installing new self-service pay stations in all three of the City-owned parking ramps in the Fall of 2016. It is a Pay-by-Plate system, so parking should make note of their license plate number to pay and exit. More information will be available on City of Davenport website soon.
The RiverCenter ramp provides 760 spaces and is adjacent to the RiverCenter/Adler Theatre. The Redstone Building ramp provides 463 spaces. The Harrison ramp provides 650 spaces. The parking ramps are generally staffed between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Monday-Friday with a charge of $0.75 cents per hour. During special events the parking fee is a flat $5.00 and may be staffed later than 10:00 p.m. and/or also on weekends. At this time the Parking Department does not accept debit or credit cards.
Free parking is available at the Davenport Library Public Parking Lot WHEN THE LIBRARY IS CLOSED. It is on the northwest corner of Brady St. and 4th St. Free parking is also available in the riverfront lots. On street parking is free on weekends, City holidays and week days after 5:00 p.m. Free two-hour on street parking is available during the week.
