Free Ticket Exchange

Subscribers can exchange tickets between Masterworks programs of the same weekend at no cost if a request is made by the Thursday preceding the performance. A $4.00 per order fee is assessed after Thursday.

Free Ticket Replacement

Should you misplace your original tickets, we’ll replace them free of charge.

We guarantee that you will love being a QCSO Subscriber. So for all NEW subscribers, if you’re not completely satisfied, just cancel your subscription within 20 days after the first concert in your subscription to get a full refund on the remaining concerts in your subscription.
