Prelude Strings Application

Prelude Strings is the QCSYE program’s entry-level string orchestra. Complete the form below to begin the application process. To complete the application process, please also pay a $10.00 application fee and ask a school teacher or private instructor to complete the Prelude Strings Teacher Recommendation Form.

All materials are due by Wednesday, May 14, 2025. We cannot guarantee placement in Prelude Strings after the spring deadline, however, you are welcome to complete this application at any time for consideration.
