If you are a ticket holder to a canceled event or subscriber who can’t make it to an upcoming concert, complete the form below to request a ticket exchange or to donate back your ticket. Exchanges should be requested by Thursday before the performance. A $4.00 fee per order is assessed for exchanges after Thursday or onsite.
