Due to the global pandemic, the Quad City Symphony Orchestra’s (QCSO) annual Signature Soirée fundraising event has moved online for 2020.  QCSO Music Director and Conductor Mark Russell Smith will host the livestreamed event, and attendees will enjoy a chamber music performance featuring QCSO Concertmaster Naha Greenholtz and QCSO Principal Cellist Hannah Holman and participate in a Live Auction and Paddle Raise in support of the QCSO’s music education programs.

By purchasing tickets or joining the Virtual Soirée Host Committee, ticket holders will receive a threecourse dinner, QCSO chocolates, and a flower arrangement all delivered to their home. Serving on the Virtual Host Committee is similar to purchasing a table at an inperson event, and committee members have the option of hosting up to 10 friends or family members to enjoy the event together and raise funds to support the QCSO. Individual tickets are $125 and Host Committee membership is $1,250. Members of the Host Committee have the option of paying for the full watch party or inviting guests to purchase their own tickets. The livestream event will also be available to the public at no cost and anyone can participate by donating or bidding on the live auction items.

Tickets for the Virtual Soirée: Moonlight Sonata are on sale now and can be purchased online at QCSO.org, by phone at 563.322.7276, and in-person at the QCSO Box Office located at 327 Brady Street in Davenport, IA. The QCSO Box Office is open for walk-in service only on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.

The Signature Soirée Host Committee is chaired by Melissa and Jim von Maur.  If you would like to join the Host Committee, please contact QCSO Director of Development Steve Mohr at smohr@qcso.org or 563.424.7735.
